1. The Transition to ESG: Awareness (Basic Program)

 

The training program is aimed at companies that want to start their ESG journey now. It aims to raise the awareness and familiarity of each company with ESG as well as to effectively connect ESG with its strategy.

  • Terms & principles of ESG sustainable development
  • The ESG standards
  • Materiality Assessment:
    • Materiality & Double Materiality
    • The transition from materiality assessment to ESG strategy
    • Best practices
  • ESG & Business Strategy
    • The framework for building & monitoring the ESG strategy
    • Integrating the ESG philosophy into the business strategy
  • Workshop: Simulation of the ESG strategy building process

Duration: 16 hours (1st day Training – 2nd day Workshop)

Number of Participants: Up to 15 people

Target Group

The management team and/or the representatives of the different functions that will participate in the ESG Working Group / None or minimum prior knowledge.

2. The Transition to ESG: Strategy integration (Advanced Program)

The training program is aimed at companies that have already included ESG in their strategy, produce sustainability reports and want to evolve their approach by putting ESG at the heart of their strategy.

    • The CSRD directive: timetable & requirements
    • ESG trends
  • ESG & Business Strategy
    • Critical ESG approach and assessment
    • Double materiality & impact analysis
    • Linking essential issues with critical and non-organizational variables
  • The new ESG culture
    • The concept & importance of organizational culture
    • What needs to change to be accepted and implemented successfully
  • The principle Understanding – Acceptance – Application
  • Effective ESG management: data collection, kpis & reporting
  • ESG & Value Creation
  • Workshops:
    • Simulation of ESG strategy process
    • Critical evaluation of existing and ESG-strategy linkage
