By implementing Holistic-QHSE Project Management, Biosafety undertakes the overall management of the QHSE issues of the project, from the first moment until its completion.
The role of the Biosafety Project Team
The Biosafety Project Team consists of engineers of different specialties and works exclusively for the project it has undertaken. The Project Team undertakes:
- The strategic planning for QHSE in the project
- The preparation of all documents & studies
- Legal compliance
- The application (implementation-monitoring) of the QHSE management system in the project
- The final delivery of the project
